  1. The speaker I'll build soon, I'm absolutely convinced of the thing! However, the Baumappe Felbi without his construction report is hardly to use, because a beautiful appearance as the Cinetor is missing and you hardly recognize anything on the inner model, especially the Erkentniss is missing where which bracing comes from and how the thick front wall is built! Also the material thicknesses are missing. It would be nice if there will be a further improvement. Otherwise, I'm very impressed, even from the switch!

I'm not at all sure if they would be an improvement. Can't hear a sample anywhere.   13. It took a while but now I have finished this wonderful speaker. It was more or less a blind purchase, or rather a purchase without listening to it. The measurements and descriptions from the internet were enough for me to be brave enough to build my first work. A great experience but above all a very excellent speaker that I can fully recommend. Now I would like to tackle the next kit. However, it might not be that easy to find a significantly better speaker.

  18. I've had the Disco M at home for some time. Voices in particular sound extremely good! It's also worth investing a little in the switch. Btw. Even cheap MKPs can sound good. Eg Arcotronics…..
    However, the values ​​of the components should all remain the same. Also the resistance of the coils. Otherwise you will change the vote. The tweeter plays very, very well. It is not for nothing that it is also used a lot at Phonar and by Mr. Lommersum. I connected several capacitors in parallel at the crucial points on the crossover and used a precision resistor in front of the tweeter. Interior wiring made from silver-plated Mil-Spec Teflon cable. Partially twisted... Always use Troels Gravesen. As a connection, laboratory books. Costs 1 each and there isn't much better.

    Back to the sound:

    Bad recordings “can” start to get annoying….
    There is enough bass, especially when placed close to a wall. The speakers can also be sufficiently loud. This is really very good, especially for the size. But you notice when the box is at its end and then turn the control back. The space is really very good. Good recordings actually sound very good.
    The speakers also like every genre. From Nirvana to Pink Floyd to Norah Jones...

    Only fans of an English tuning might find the speakers sound too “bright”. Can be done by setting up the boxes, space and
    but also adapt further measures. The speakers are tuned linearly.

    I've heard a lot of comparisons, for example regularly in sound and sound. For the price and for a 2-way, the discos are excellent!

    I have one suggestion for improvement. The tweeter in the waveguide would benefit from having its own chamber to shield it from the low-midrange. At higher volumes you can notice vibrations that are not transmitted from the housing to the waveguide but come from the 22W/4534G00.
